October 28th.
It is now Monday, and the pace of the trip has eased up somewhat. We went to Caiphas' house, then to Bethany - to the home of Lazaus, Martha and Mary. After that we went to Jericho to see the Mount of Temptation and Zaccheus' sycamore tree (not sure it's the original ...!) and finally to the Dead Sea with the $10 pint! The Dead Sea is 400 metres below sea level.
